Update - Email delivery

Please be aware that emailed POs, exports and reports are currently not being sent from IndiCater. All of our emails are sent via a 3rd party system called SendGrid, an email delivery provider. We are aware that Sendgrid is experiencing difficulties sending emails currently and they have not been sent from IndiCater since about 1.30pm.

All of the emails are logged and stored and so as soon as the issue is resolved they will automatically be sent.

EDI orders are unaffected.

 

We have a priority support plan with Sendgrid and they have escalated the issue to their engineering team.

If you are in contact with your suppliers, we recommend asking them to log on to the supplier portal and download orders using the Download Orders tab.
