In this release, after taking onboard client suggestions, we are delighted to announce the additions below to our Recipe Manager and StORM modules:

Recipe Manager

Show breakdown of cooked weight per ingredient

When a cooking method is applied to an item in a dish, the weight changes, which affects the weight of the portion, but the user didn’t see the new cooked weight of the ingredient. You can now see the cooked weight of each ingredient within a dish.  We have added a new column in the dish called Prepared Weight per Portion which displays the weight of an ingredient depending on the chosen preparation method, so users know how much to dish up in a portion.

Order Approvals

Some clients have outlet users who need to be able to approve orders for their specific outlet, rather than going through the Head Office approval process.  To achieve this we have created an outlet version for order approvals whereby an outlet user can be assigned an approval level and approve orders up to the value of that level from within the outlet.
