Version update scheduled for release on the evening of 13th August

We are delighted to share a couple of system improvements that will be included in this system version update:

Supplier Record - Delivery Set Up

Currently when you complete the delivery set up in a supplier record you have to tick each delivery day and apply advance delivery notice days for each outlet which is very time consuming.

To help speed up this process, we have added the option to download a template (spreadsheet) of the outlets. You can populate the template with all the required information, including favourites and custom cut-offs, save it as a csv., then upload back into delivery set up, ensuring you save the changes to that page as you would normally.

Label Maker - Templates

We have made some great new enhancements to Label Maker, which include the following:

You can now create and save a template that includes all the required information, such as price, logo, nutrition etc, rather than adding it each time you need a label.

The following options can now be included on the label:

Calories per 100g
Weight of portion with % of an adults reference intake message
Wording to show adults requiring 2000kcal a day
Include your company name on the label. This will show as we have it saved for free typed.

We’ve also improved the display of the nutritional information boxes
