Version Update successfully deployed.
We are excited to be able to use this new tool to share information about the version update deployed today as well as some information about the upcoming VAT rate changes.
This is a new addition to the way we communicate with you. Due to the way we are continuously deploying version updates we wanted to have a way to tell you about the changes quickly and easily.
When a new news bulletin is created, you will see a number in the alarm bell in the top right of your screen. Click the link and you will be taken to the new bulletin.
You can read past bulletins at any time by clicking on the new newspaper icon.
VAT rate changes
Given the change in VAT from 5% to 12.5% on October 1st, please rest assured that we are creating a new 12.5% vat rate in the database for all clients and from the 1st October we will switch the rate from 5% to 12.5% for all income categories for all clients.
A small but useful change for those clients who are uploaded event information and assigning an event to their purchase order. If all items in your order are assigned to the same event, the event will now remain linked to the transaction as it moves from order to estimate to invoice.
In the documents area for CRM Events, we have added the ability for you to create an invoice in the same style as the quote and contract. The terms and footer can be set up in the CRM Set Up, Document Elements area. This invoice does not link to credit sales.
