We have learnt that our email server (IP: 220.127.116.11) was blocked at approximately 5am on Saturday morning by Proofpoint anti-spam software without any warning or communication. We can confirm that all orders were sent from IndiCater as normal but clients and suppliers using Proofpoint will not have received the emails unless they had previously whitelisted our domain @indicater.com. We have been in contact with Proofpoint who whitelisted our IP address last night and so future orders should be received as normal. Orders can also be downloaded from the supplier portal into csv or excel format. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused but want you to be assured that this is not a problem caused by IndiCater and is only affecting those recipients using Proofpoint.
We are working through a list of all orders sent via email during this time and will communicate with the suppliers who should have received an order to advise them about the Proofpoint block
