We would like to apologise for the disruptions experienced today. We have had 3 instances of the system being unavailable, with each instance lasting between 2 and 10 minutes.

 

We are taking immediate action and will be doubling the memory on our virtual machines this evening. We will also be temporarily removing the ability for users to use the download/upload excel tool in Stocktaking. Our logs point to this as the culprit so we are going to make it unavailable whilst we investigate further.
