New Version Update 26/03/24

Our next version update is scheduled for release this evening.

We have been working on various projects behind the scenes making system improvements for this release, however we are happy to advise that after taking onboard client feedback, this version update includes the enhancement below:

Stocktaking

Some clients have advised that as we show delisted items in the stock locations, in case they have stock against them, and a similar replacement is showing, it makes it difficult to identify what is old stock and what is new, and the stock count is being recorded against the wrong product, making the stock variance incorrect. To help identify a delisted stock item when stocktaking, we have added in an icon before the product name to identify that the item has been delisted. If you hover over the icon a pop-up message displaying the text, Delisted Stock Item, is displayed (see images below).

As you are aware we are adding reports to our new Reporting Suite. We are in the process of moving the widely used Cash Reconciliation report to that area and will update you once this has been completed.
