Records
What are Product Records?
This section of Recipe Manager will display information on products. You can view information such as Product Code, Pack Size details and Price.Â
How Do I Search for a Product?
As shown by the below screenshot, you can search either via 'Select Supplier' or 'Find Product':
Â
By using the Select Supplier drop down, you will see each supplier that has been set-up successfully and uploaded the product catalogue. After selecting the supplier, the page will automatically populate the table with the suppliers products. You can filter the search by selecting a product category which will only return products found within the category selected. For example, using the above search to return only products find in the White Wine Category.
Alternatively, you can search for an individual product via name or product code.Â
How Do I view Product Information?
As shown in the example below, we will look to view the product records of an item from the supplier, London Wine Company. After selecting the supplier from the drop down menu, the table will automatically populate with all products.Â
In the example below, we have filtered to only view products with the Champagne category.
The next step to view the relevant product record is to simply select the Item name highlighted in Blue. For this example, we will select the top item ‘Champagne Pol-Roger’.
