Product Records

Found under StORM, the Product area will allow you to view product records, manage product favourites and complete product switches.

The Products page will display all current products accessible to the outlet in question. You can view an example page below:

Product Records

Select ‘Product Records’ in the top left of the above page to navigate to our Product Records page.

Upon landing on the page, simply enter a keyword search for the product in question. Each search must have a minimum of 3 letters. An example below can be found for the search of ‘Bread’:

Upon selecting a product i.e. ‘Bread Brown Medium Sliced X6EA’, you will be brought to the Product Record.

By navigating through the headers in the below image, you can view a number of details recarding the Product.

Details: This will display Product Name, Reference, Supplier Information, Unit of Measurement, Pack Size details and Current Pricing. You can also view the products activiation date and any notes relating.

Pictures: If an image has been added of the product, you can view this here.

Stock Movement: Alongside displaying product infromation, you can view any stock transfers that contain the product in question.

Nutiriton: This will display all the nutritional information submitted by the supplier for the product.

Allergens: Similar to nutrition, this will display all the relevant allergen information that has been included by the supplier in their supplier catalogue.
