Welcome to the new home of IndiCater user guides; we hope you find everything you need - we are adding more guides all the time but if there is something you can't find or want to know more about, please contact support@indicater.com.
Please note that these are generic guides that cover different areas of the main application.
How to use this page
You can either search for a key word in the search box below, or you can use the filters on the left. Clicking Outlet or Head Office User Guides will open up a list of the available modules, click on a module and see the guides listed.
Once you have clicked on a guide, you can click on the dots in the top right hand corner to export the document into a PDF or Word doc.
New Features
More flexibility in the supplier delivery days set up - we have added new functionality to enable you to add different order cut off times and rules for different outlets and different days of the week
New look Requisitions Approval set up page - this has been redesigned to be much simpler
Requisition Baskets - users in the same outlet can build their own requisitions using individual baskets
