Menu Report (Gatekeeper)
Introduction
The Menu report can be run from within head office (called Outlet Menus) and from within an outlet (called Recipe Manager Menus)

Menus have been created

Head Office > Recipe Manager > Reports > Outlets Menus
Outlet > Stocktaking > Reports > Recipe Manager Menus - see P17-Menu Report (Outlet)
Step-by-Step guide
Navigate to Reports in Recipe Manager - Select Outlet Menus from the picklist:
Select how you wish to filter the report tick either All, Outlet or Outlet brand and make this selection
Select the menu/s for your outlet or the outlet/brand selection you have made, then click Add.
The report start day will default to the start day of your reporting week but you can amend this to run the report starting on a different day if desired
You can tick to include the production numbers entered in the menu and the financial information or you can choose to run the report without this information. If you tick to hide empty days, the report would only show those days with menu. So for a school, you could see a menu just for Monday to Friday. You can also opt to display nutrition
Click Create Report
The report will show you the total wastage, cost, revenue and GP for the menu
