Emailing Credit Sales Invoices
Introduction
There is a client option which enables the user to email a credit sales invoices to the customer.
Assumptions
The client is using Credit Sales.
Where to find this
Within an outlet go to Finance > Income > Credit Sales
Step-by-Step guide
- Having created a credit sale, click on the printer icon (see separate user guide on how to add a credit sale)
- Scroll to the bottom and see there is an option Email Invoice
- Click on this button, type your message and click Email
- This will send an email to the email address in the client record in Company > Clients
- It will CC the email address of the user who actioned the email, taking their email address from their User Access set up
