Banking

The landing page will show you banking that has been added for the year and week selected.

To change the year or week in question, simply use the drop-down box’s found at the top of the page.

The table above will show a number of entires, in variations of 10, 25, 50 or 100. Any entries over the amount selected will be shown on the further pages. You can navigate to the further pages by selection ‘Next’ found at the bottom of the table.

How do I record a Banking?

On the landing page for Banking, simply click the ‘+ Add’ button. You will then be redirected to the add banking page and prompted to select the Date, Type and Method of banking. Once all have been selected, the page will expand to allow you to enter further information regarding the banking.

Complete the page as required. As you fill out the denominations section, the Cash Banked will automatically calculate the figure for you.

Once you have completed the page, select Save and you will be redirected to the Banking homepage where the new transaction will be shown.

Why can't I click on the Add button?

If the Add button is greyed out you are in a closed week.

You can check the open and closed weeks in Company > Close Period. To make any changes to closed weeks, simply reopen the week in question, make the necessary changes and then close the week.

I have closed the week but need to add new data, what do I do?

You will need to contact your head office. They can re-open the week if the data hasn't been exported.
