Planglow Food Labelling

For setting up dish data to be used for Planglow food labels, the following points need to be covered:

Any ingredients that have allergens need to be added in capital letters on the ingredient files provided by suppliers so that they show in bold on the label.

This will not change the allergen to capitals & bold.

Within the dish itself, the word PLANGLOW (this isn’t case sensitive) needs to be added in the Tag field. In the dish, scroll down to the Update Dish Information area, scroll down to the Tag field and free type the word, click on Update Dish to save.

IndiCater will need to grant the Planglow API User access to the client’s API.

Ensure you resave the label if any amendments are made
