Close Period Questions - Gatekeeper user guide

Introduction

Close Period is when the outlet has finished entering all their data, for the week and want to lock it down so no alterations can be made.

Head office can set questions that need to be answered before the outlets close down.

Head office can also authorise the close period before it is locked down. 

Assumptions

The gatekeeper has ensured that all users, understand what they are needed to do, before close period.

Close period questions - Company > Outlet> Set up

Step-by-Step guide

  1. Scroll down to close period, click Manage questions.
  2. Click add, in the drop down box, selct which Area you would like to set the questions for, enter question number and then question,  then add question. You can add as many questions as neccessary for each area.
