Order Manager

Within the Kitchen Manager area, you can view orders that are due to be processed.

By default, the orders displayed are due for today.  You can also search for orders using the following options:

Select options such as Tomorrow, Future and Despatched by selecting the option in the Select Orders dropdown. 

Search for orders within a date range by selecting Search and inputting the required dates. 

Search by Kitchen, by selecting the relevant kitchen from the dropdown in the Kitchen field.  

Using the search field by entering either the order ref number, delivery date, order date, kitchen name, building name, room no, event name or customer name.

Printing Order: To print an order place a tick in the box against the order and click on Print Selected.  You can do this for multiple orders.  If an order has previously been printed you will see printed in the last column.

Despatch Order: To despatch an order place a tick in the box against the order and click on Despatch Selected.  You can do this for multiple orders. A pop up box will appear asking if you want to process the selected orders, click on yes to process the order or cancel to come out of the request.

Reassign Kitchen: If you need to reassign a kitchen, place a tick in the box against the order and click on Reassign Kitchen, then choose the kitchen from the dropdown and click on Save Changes.
