Your Current Status
This is your Order Dashboard.
There are 3 sections:
- Incomplete Orders
- Current Orders
- Rejected Orders Past 30 days
Incomplete Orders
These are orders that have been started but not submitted.
To action an order, click on the order reference in red.
You can either complete the order or cancel at the bottom of the page.
Click Change Order Details to select a new delivery or collection time.
Current Orders
These are orders which you have placed but have not been confirmed as dispatched by the kitchen.
Depending on the requested date of collection/delivery you may still be able to amend an order by clicking on the Order Ref.
The Current Status column on the right shows if an order is still waiting for approval.
Rejected Orders Past 30 Days
This section shows any orders which were rejected at the approval stage during the past 30 days. Not all companies use the approval process, if not, this section will always be blank
At the bottom of the page you can click View Past Orders to see your order history.
If you click on an order, you will see a Copy Order button at the bottom which enables you to replicate your order.Â
where you can see a list of all your Incomplete Orders that have NOT been submitted yet, plus all your Current Orders that have not been dispatched yet, any Reject Orders (if your organisation is using Order Approvals), and all your Past Orders that have been fulfilled together with an Order History search tool.
Selecting any Order Ref will display the details of that order.
Selecting the Order Ref for an Incomplete Order and for a Current Order will allow you to edit and add to the order and process it provided it is not past the cut off time
