Product Records

Here you can switch products, for example if a product has been discontinued by the supplier.

Click on the Product Records button, search for the product you wish to switch, click on "switch" and replace with a product you wish to use.

This will then switch out your product from each dish that it is in and replace it with the new product.

Manage Product Favourites

Here you can build a list of products you frequently use to choose from when building new dishes.  When you are building a new dish these products will appear in the Favourite Items dropdown.
