P17-Copying Recipes - Outlet

Introduction 

You are able to copy a complete recipe either to change a single ingredient or to duplicate it in another category.

Assumptions

That you use the Outlet version of Recipe Manager 

Where to find this

Recipe Manager > Dishes

Step-by-step guide

Navigate to the Dishes option under Recipe Manager - enter a dish name you wish to copy, then press Find:

The system will return a list of result based on your search - select the required DIsh from the listing:

Click on the Copy Dish button located at the top right of the page:

Enter the new name of the dish ensuring that this is different from the original:

You will be directed into the configuration of this recipe where you can update the ingredients, category, selling price etc 

When you have completed all the updates, click on Update Dish located at the bottom of the page to save any changes.
