Introduction

This guide explains how to tag a supplier with the Auto Adjustment Book Off option. This means that a user can amend the total value when booking off rather than only being able to amend each line item individually. This is used by some clients for certain supplier only, eg fruit and veg, where they order product by weight.

Assumptions

The supplier record is set up

A catalogue has been received

The users are placing orders through IndiCater and booking off

The client is aware that using this tool means that the accuracy is not maintained but that the user can book off quickly

Where to find this

Click on Purchasing, then Suppliers

Step-by-step guide

Step 1. Click on the supplier to open the supplier record

Step 2. Click the Auto Adjustment Book Off tick box in the supplier record to activate the feature for outlet users
