Book off your orders from this page. Find the order number in the Ref column and click on the date in the Requested Delivery Date column.

Why can't I see all my orders?

The page defaults to show 10 entries. You can amend this in the top left hand corner or move through the pages by clicking in the bottom right hand corner.

You can also click on the column headings to sort the data.

What is the supplier updated column showing me?

Some suppliers send us delivery information (Advanced Shipping Notice or ASN) which may differ from what you have ordered. A tick in this column shows the supplier has submitted delivery info. You will see any changes the supplier has made when you click on the order. The supplier might have confirmed the delivery is as expected and so you may not always see a difference even though there is a tick.

What's the difference between clicking on the order number and the date?

Nothing, they are just 2 ways of getting to the order.
