Wastage

This tool can be used to record the following types of wastage:

1. Items - these are the items you buy from your suppliers, eg a bottle of wine, a packet of bacon etc

2. Dishes - these are dishes created in the Recipe Manager module

3. Staff meals - this links to the dishes in Recipe Manager

4. Promotions - again, this links to the dishes in Recipe Manager

This landing page shows you the value of wastage entered against the 4 different categories mentioned above for the selected week.

To add a new wastage record of any type, click Add.

Can I record dish scrapeage?

It is possible to set up a 'wastage' supplier and add wastage that way. Please contact IndiCater for further help on how to do this
