Manage Requisition Baskets

This feature enables you to create multiple shopping baskets for specific outlets to be used when creating requisitions in the StORM module. 

You can choose which outlets you want to activate multiple baskets for and you can leave the rest as they are, which will mean they continue to use Requisitions in the normal way.

To create a basket, simply click on the outlet name.


Once you have clicked on the outlet you can add your baskets.

Give your basket a name which the outlet user will see, for example Pastry, and then a code (most likely an abbreviation) which will appear on any reports that may need to display the basket info. This will also appear on the main Requisitions page to indicate to the outlet users which basket created the requisition.


Editing

]If you need to rename a basket you can do this by clicking on the basket name and editing it. You can't the code because of the use of the code in reports, and so you would need to archive a basket and create a new one if you wanted to start using a different code.

Once no longer required, a basket can be archived. It cannot be archived if the basket is in use, hence showing the number of items in a basket on this set up page.
