Authorise
On this page a Head Office user can authorise or reject a new staff member. A new member of staff would have been added in the outlet which would have triggered a notification notifying the Head Office that a new member of staff has been added. A Head Office user would then access the authorise page, see the member of staff listed in the ‘New Staff Members’ table, simply click on the name of the new employee they wish to approve. They will see the New Staff Member Authorisation page where they can authorise or reject the request and add any comments.
