Compliance Snapshot - to do

This page gives you a quick snapshot of the tasks required that help to keep your outlet

Last Week Closed: This will show the date of the last week the outlet has closed the period for Employment, Finance and StORM.

Outstanding Estimates older than 14 days - this shows the number and value of all outstanding estimates (invoices and credit notes) that have an invoice date at least 14 days before the current date. 

Date of last cash sales transaction entered - this shows the date the last cash sales entry was recorded in. This is particularly useful for clients with epos integration.

Outstanding orders with a delivery date in the past - this shows the number and value of orders that have not been booked off (outstanding orders) that have a delivery date prior to today, i.e yesterday or before

Invoices awaiting approval - this shows the number and value of EDI invoices and credits that are awaiting approval by the outlet

Last detailed stocktake date  - this shows when the last stocktakes were recorded. This is useful to show is stocktakes are completed on time and if any stock is being carried forward.
