Select the type of wastage you wish to record.


Item wastage

As when doing a stocktake, select your department and stock location and ensure the date is correct.

You then simply enter the quantities and you have the same options as when stocktaking, by the case, by the pack or by the number of individual items.


Dish wastage, Staff Meals and Promotions

Please check with your head office users before completing these types of wastage. This information is often recorded in the till instead of in IndiCater.
