Introduction

Close Period is when the outlet has finished entering all their data, for the week and want to lock it down so no alterations can be made.

Head office can also authorise the close period before it is locked down. 

Assumptions

The gatekeeper has ensured that all users, understand what they are needed to do, before close period and closed period questions have been entered if neccessary.

Step-by-Step guide

  1. To print the report which tells you what outlets have closed the period or not, Scroll down to close period, click Manage questions.
  2. Click add, in the drop down box, selct which Area you would like to set the questions for, enter question number and then question,  then add question. You can add as many questions as neccessary for each area.
  3. To authorise a close period, log into the outlet, click close period if the oullet has closed the period the button will be green, click on the button to authorise and button will turn blue, showing it has been authorised.
