Introduction
This guide explains how to schedule and review monitoring checks on various Outlets.
This feature is particularly useful if there are processes that require Head Office users to check for compliance from their view by creating a list of tasks to be checked off in Outlets
for example Head Office can monitor weekly cleaning schedules when Outlets enter this detail on Monitoring.
Assumptions
When a Monitoring Check is Setup it will be communicated with Outlets so that they complete them.

Click OUTLETS > MONITORING
Step-by-step guide
Step 1 'Click Monitoring Items'
Click 'Add Section', select the name you want the Main subject to be, for example Health and Safety
Click 'Add Sub-Section', enter the heading in the section, this could be departmental breakdown
For example Sub section Kitchen, FOH, Outdoor Seating Area.
Click 'Add Item' for the individual Tasks ,there will be dropdowns for you to select which Sub section the task will go into.
There is no upper limit to how many Sections you may create, how may Sub Sections or how many Items in a Sub Section.
Step 2. Schedule your Monitoring Checks as follows:
Click 'Monitor Outlets'
Click 'Schedule Monitoring Checks', Add Monitoring Check Screen will open.
Enter the required field
Outlet: Select from dropdown the Outlet
Monitoring Date: Select a future date on the calendar when you require the checks to be completed.
Monitored By: Your name or the person who wants the checks done.
Monitor Status: Self Assessment as this is usually an internal audit.
