It can also be used in the Client Invoicing module.
Actual labour can be set up to be entered by week, reporting period or calendar month. This needs to be set in the database by IndiCater following confirmation from the client.
Assumptions
The client has advised how they want to enter labour, eg by week, calendar month or reporting period.
Where to find this
Click Finance > Client Account > Actual Labour Costs

Step 1. You can download the template for the week and enter your weekly figures offline > Click Download
Enter the relevant actual labour costs onto the template.
Step 2.After After entering the figures for labour on the CSV, save it and then you can upload it into the system. You will need to select the correct year and week before uploading it.
Once the CSV is uploaded you can see the figures you entered on the Actual Labour cost page
