Step-by-Step guide
- Click Add New Ticket
- Give you ticket a title. If you are raising the ticket from head office, please
- Next select the category that best fits with your query
- Enter any email addresses in the CC fields
- Complete as much information as possible in the description section. If you are raising the ticket from head office, please tell us the outlet the query relates to if relevant.
- If you think it would be useful to attach a file, you can do this by selecting a file from your PC.
- Click Add New Ticket
- You will receive an email notification when we respond to your ticket
