SUBMIT PRODUCT INFO - Images

Once a catalogue has been uploaded, there is an additional option to upload product information which is available for the client to see when placing an order.

This guide covers how to upload images.

The fields available in the product information upload are:

Please note: You do not have to submit data for all items on your catalogue and you can leave fields blank..

The product code is used as the identifier so must be a code which exists in the catalogue. You won't be able to upload product info for a product not in the catalogue.

Once logged in to the supplier portal, navigate to the Submit Product Information tab and simply download the template, complete the required data and upload it. It will instantly be available to the users.

Graphic String

If you are wanting to upload images to be seen when the site is placing an order, you will need to add the image as a url into the GraphicString field in column D

The data will look something like this:

Once uploaded and when ordering, the user will see a small icon on the right:

They can click on the icon and it will show a larger image plus any additional info added, such as ingredients.
