On Tuesday evening we released our latest version update. We are delighted to say that after taking onboard your feedback the release included the improvements below:
Mock up invoice shows VAT per product
When an invoice is created in the system, either manually, via Edi or EDI Lite, a mock up invoice can be viewed/printed. Originally it displayed the product lines, line by line with net VAT value shown as a total on one line. The VAT breakdown is now displayed against the product line (where it applies) as well as on the total VAT line.
Reporting Module
Purchasing report
The existing Purchasing Reports could only be viewed by Department or Category. We have enhanced the Purchasing Report so that you have the option to view by Department, Category or Both, which you can choose by selecting the relevant radio button.
Income Reports
We have added a report called Combined Sales to the Income section of Reporting. The Combined Sales report includes the four income types, Cash, Cashless, Credit Sales and Internal Sales in one report, saving time rather than running them all separately.
