There are 2 templates attached at the bottom of the page

1- Nutrition File with Examples this is to guide you, how to complete the template and should not be used for uploading your data, as it is an xlsx file format.

2- Nutrition Upload Template this is for you to complete with your data and send to IndiCater to upload in csv format, by raising a support ticket.

These guidelines must be followed when completing the template:

  • Only submit a product once please (all clients access the same nutrition values, these are not loaded for each client separately)
  • The compulsory/mandatory columns are: ProductCode, Description, Salt (the Salt value can be 0.00 but it can't be blank).
  • The rest of the columns are optional, fields can be left blank. The most frequently used columns have a value in all 10 example lines.
  • The example file is saved as an excel spreadsheet so that the column colours are preserved (as a help) but IndiCater can only upload files in a CSV format. If the supplier is unable to save the file as CSV, IndiCater can do it as long as there is only one sheet in the file.
  • The following columns can contain both letters and numbers: ProductCode, Description, DepartmentName, SubDepartmentName
  • All the other columns can only contain numbers (no letters, not even approx, N/A, Trace, no < or > signs) etc.
  • Please be mindful not to insert extra spaces in any of the fields as this will corrupt the upload.
  • Please don't use commas (= thousand separators) in values higher than 1000 or as a decimal separator (so 12.5 is correct, 12,5 is incorrect). Only use decimal points (if you need to):
