This page provides information on the content of the menu.

There are various options available on this page depending on your permissions.

Starting at the top:

Return to Hub - this will take you back to the previous Menu Library page

Download - here you can download a menu report of your menu into csv or PDF

* handy hint - use the csv download to include costs and production numbers to cost your menu

Cook Book - generate a PDF containing all of the menu’s dishes together with any combos included in the dishes

Nutrition - run a nutrition report for the menu. Download to PDF or csv as required

Allergens - run an allergen report for the menu. Download to PDF or csv as required

Production Quantities - enter production quantities for each dish to be included in the csv report (see Download above) or to create your supplier orders

Create Order - having added production quantities, add items to your order basket.

Use the Apply Rounding bottom at the top to round the Order quantities to the nearest pack size and amend the quantities if required.

You might choose to order some items initially and then place a second order at a later date. The Confirmed Orders column will show you what has already been ordered using the menu.

If you have items in your basket already, you will be advised and ask if you want to proceed or finish with the existing order prior to adding the menu items.

You will see N/A in the stock location column for items that you don’t have set up in a stock location. They will need to be added before you can order them. Where you have an item in multiple stock locations, you can choose the relevant one in the drop down.

If you have epos integration, you can see the Theoretical Quantity. As this is a complex calculation, it uses a figure

Nutrition by portion/100g - click the 100g option to change how you see the nutrition

Allergen icons - hover over the icons to see the allergens the icons relate to

Knife and Fork - next to each dish there is a knife and fork icon, this will take you to the recipe for that dish.

Chef icon - here you can load the recipe card for that one specific dish (and any combos used in it)
