Introduction
This guide explains the process of how to record how much stock on had you have.
Assumptions
Stock sheets have been setup (See related guide on Creating a Stocksheet )
Stock locations have been setup
That the Stocktake is for the current week and or for a week that has not been closed in the Finance Module.

Stocktaking > Stocktakes > Detailed Stocktake Summary >Click ADD
Step-by-step guide
Step 1. Select Department,
Stock Location : This is the Location to where
Stocktake Date
click CONTINUE .
Step 2. Enter the quantities in the Case, Pack or Ind(unit)
click UPDATE STOCKTAKE
Step 3. The Detailed Stock Summary will be shown with all the stocktakes and the dates, you can amend stocktake sheets by clicking on the date and the detailed stocksheet will be shown.
