The new reporting module is available to both head office and outlet users with the correct permissions.

How to give someone access to the reports

In the Role permissions or in the User’s or Role individual permissions, ensure the Reporting module is ticked and that the Reports option underneath is ticked, see below.

For the user to see the different reports, they will need the Reports option in the different modules also ticked.

For example for head office users to see the Purchasing reports, they will need to have the old Purchasing Reports option ticked:

As purchasing isn’t an option in the outlet, they would need the finance reports permission to be ticked.

These module specific report permissions are already in use to control whether a user sees the existing reports and so should not need to be amended if users are to have the same visibility as they do now.
