Is there an easier way for me to manage a stock location used by all of my outlets?
There is a head office Head Office tool called Stock Sheet Templates. This enables you to create, edit and assign stock locations to multiple outlets. This is in Outlets, Set Up, Manage Stock Sheet Templates (under the Purchasing header). If this is not activated for you please contact support Support or your account managerAccount Manager.
