Navigate to Dishes under Recipe Manager - Key in all or part of the Dish description, then select Find:

Select the required recipe from the list displayed:

Scroll down to the list of ingredients to amend the Yield percentage (default will be set to 100%)

Click on the Yield percentage amount for the ingredient - in this example we will use the Beefburgers.

Enter the new yield percentage in the pop up, follwed by Amend:

You will see that the Yield percentage has changed for the Beefburger line only, continue until all yields are updated:

Scroll to the bottom of the page and select - Update Dish for all amends to be applied:

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I work out the percentage to change the yield percentage?

The above example is using burgers, you add to the recipe the frozen qty, required per portion, on the bases that from 113gm of frozen burger, once defrosted you are left with 90.4gm of defrosted burger. So the calculation is 90.4gm/113gm x 100 =80%
