Version 1 Current »

This will be our final scheduled version update of 2024.

Please see below a summary of the key changes. If you have any questions about anything in the version update, please contact us at support@indicater.com.

Minimum order values

Following feedback, we have amended the way minimum order values work. Previously ever order would need to match any minimum sent, this has been changed so that if the minimum has been met, any subsequent orders for the same delivery day can be sent without individually needing to meet the minimum. We consulted a number of suppliers before doing this development and they confirmed that this is the way they work.

Menu Hub

Again, following feedback, we have done some work to improve the loading of the menus in Menu Hub.

For clients with EPoS integration

  1. Showing the theoretical stock in hand when ordering

To enable us to speed up the loading of the orders page, we temporarily changed the theoretical stock in hand column so that you had to click to see the data. We have been working behind the scenes to be able to load the data more quickly and are now ready to release the updates.

  1. Updates to the Line check and Item Variance reports

We have reduced the time needed to load both reports and added in new Summary reports to each of them.

You can now run the Line Check and Item Variance reports for all outlets. The new Summary tab will show you the total variance per outlet split into Food and Drink and the Variance tab will show you the itemised data. Both can be downloaded into csv.

In addition, we have added some new graphs. We would welcome any feedback about the charts and the data we are displaying, whether this is useful data or if different data sets would be more beneficial to see.

We have also added a Line Check tab in the Compliance report so that you can easily see across all outlets when the last line checks were completed.

Coming soon

We will also be releasing a new version of the catalogue Approval page but we are not making this live just yet. As this is used by the majority of clients we will prepare a separate document to cover the changes and send that out before we make the new page visible. This is part of the project we have been working on to update the supplier portal which we are planning on launching in the first quarter of 2025.
