Custom Order Cut Off times

Introduction

In the Supplier Record Delivery Set Up section, you can set up an order cut off time that applies to all outlets every day or you can set custom cut off per outlet per day.

This can be managed in Head Office, Purchasing Suppliers

 

Step-by-Step guide

1. Click on a supplier record and go to Delivery Set Up in the top right hand corner.

2. There is a standard order cut off time which will apply to every outlet and for all orders. To create custom rules, click on an outlet name

You will see how the standard set up applies to the outlet and the delivery days they are set up for:

 

3. Tick the Use Custom Custoffs button at the top of the table on this page to change the rules:

You can now set a different number of advance days for different delivery days and a different order cut off time. In the example before, I have set an order cut off time of 4pm on Friday for a Monday delivery but still have a same day option for deliveries later in the week.

 

4. Click Update to save the new rules.


5. You can identify a site with custom rules by the addition of the exclamation mark in the list of outlets in that supplier record:
