Head Office users can now manage and add a new footer for each outlet.
Navigate: Head Office >Outlets > Setup > Company: Terms and Conditions > select outlet > Add > select T&C Type > give the footer a name.
To make amendments to existing footers: Users can copy the existing Footer so that the formatting is preserved and just amend e.g the last sentence.
Please note: “Update for all Outlets” button will change the footer for all Outlets.
Clicking Update will only change the footer just be for the outlet they selected.
The Terms & Conditions name typed can be selected on credit sales invoices users are going to create or you can change it to the new one on existing credit sales invoices that haven’t been locked yet:
The print icon will show the new footer:
Please note: The old reports will not display the allocated new Footer text
