Users now have the option of being able to amend the date of the stocktake they have recorded to any date in an open week.

The client is using detailed stocktaking.

The client is using the Close Period function.

Within an outlet, click Stocktaking > Stocktakes

Click Add to start a detailed Stocktake

In the week you have recorded the stocktake, click on the date in red of the stocktake you wish to edit. It will only be red in an open week
Use the calendar to find the new date you wish to save. You will only be able to click on dates in open weeks (weeks that haven't been closed in Company>Close Period)
Click Update
You have the option to amend the quantities previously saved
Click Update Stocktake
That stocktake will now be found in the new week
