Early Close Period Option

Default

The default setting is for a week to be available to be closed from 4am of the day after the end of the week. For example, if your week runs from Monday to Sunday, you will be able to close the week from 4am on Monday.

 

Option Available

The Early Close Period Option can be activated in the database by IndiCater and enables you to select a time from which to be able to close the week. 

This option is company wide and so would apply to all outlets within a company.

To activate this, please raise a support ticket.

 

Considerations

The user will need to ensure they have completed their weekly transactions prior to closing the week. Should they close their week before they have added all their transactions, they will need to contact their head office to have the week unlocked.
