Updated Catalogue Approval page

As part of our project to update the Supplier Portal, we are releasing an updated version of the catalogue approval page.

Why has it been changed?

The page needed to be updated to work alongside the new portal which we are introducing to an initial pilot group of suppliers shortly.

We have worked to ensure that large catalogues, that would sometimes display an error despite processing in the old page, now process without any issues.

We have also sped up the process so a catalogue that you manually approve in the new page will be visible within 15 minutes rather than an hour.

When will I see it?

We’re staggering the release of this new page over the next couple of weeks to help us monitor the impact. The first users will see the changes from tomorrow.

What has changed?

The functionality on the page has not changed - you can still approve and decline items and the catalogue as a whole - although the design is slightly different. Please click here to see a user guide.

No other pages are impacted by the change.
