Today's speed issue

As you will have noticed, we are experiencing an issue with speed today.

As a result, we will be restarting the SQL server service at 1.15pm today to try and resolve the issue.

You do not need to log out but may experience an error message if you are running a report, trying to save a transaction etc at this time, therefore please ensure you have saved any stocktakes etc before 1.15pm.

The service should be up and running again after a few minutes but could take up to 15 minutes.

We will confirm as soon as it is complete.

We will continue to look into what has caused this issue today and we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.
