On this page you can set up some preferences which will pull through to the drop down options in your CRM module.
External Venues: List any external venues you may use which can be pulled through into the enquiry
Sectors: These are industry sectors to help you capture data about your customers
Business Types: Again, this helps you capture accurate info about your customers
Enquiry Types: Personalise this list so that you correctly record the correct event types you are getting enquiries about
Referred from Selections: Add magazine adverts etc to capture how your customers are hearing about you
Event Notes Types: These form the text boxes when adding an event to help you capture the relevant info for your business, eg room layout, AV equipment needed etc
Document Elements: Add terms and a footer to appear on your quotes
