Having added all the elements to your event enquiry, you can now generate your deposit invoice, your invoice and your quote.
Click Preview to see what your quote will look like. Use the CRM, Set Up tool Document Elements to add the terms and footer to be added to your quote. Use Outlets, Set Up, Terms and Conditions to create additional documents to pull through to your quote. You can select them when you click on Sent Quote.
Your quote will be emailed to the email address entered in the enquiry. We will add the option to send it to yourself or the enquiry contact but for now we would recommend entering your email address in the enquiry so that you can add your email signature etc to the email when it is sent to the customer.
Click Add Deposit/Add Invoice to be taken to the Credit Sales module in outlet Finance, Income.
