Splitting a Requisition - Outlets

Introduction

This guide shows how to split items to multiple deliveries for a requisition for Events

Assumptions

That you use Events ( Refer to Gatekeeper for use of Events as a client option)

To do this you will need to already have items added to a requisition.

Step-by-Step guide

Step 1. Click Split

Step 2. A pane will appear and will allow you to enter the quantities that you wish to move to a different order.

             After completing the Split Qty fields you will need to press SPLIT

Step 3. The Requisitions page will now show multiple orders that will be labelled A and B.

Note: If you wish to split these orders again follow steps 1-2 again

Step 4. Confirm the order, build the purchase order and send the orders.

NOTE : you will also see a Requisitions Summary at the bottom of the page.

Step 5. When you return to the Event Production Page, you will see that the Order that have been confirmed are now showing in the “Quantity Ordered” Column.

    If no orders have been recorded against that stock it will display a red “0.00”
