The template is attached, it contains a few examples. These examples need to be deleted before the file is submitted to us to be loaded into the database.

When suppliers fill this in, the following guidelines must be followed:

• The first 4 columns and 2 columns towards the end are highlighted in grey and should be ignored, they for IndiCater to fill in: NutritionID, NutritionSupplierID, ClientID, GroupSupplierID, GroupStockItemID, Archived:

• The compulsory columns are: ProductCode, Description, Salt (the salt value can be 0.00 but it has to be filled in).
• The rest of the columns are optional. The most frequently used columns have have a value in all 10 example lines.
