An order response helps the customer know that the order has successfully reached the supplier.
There are 2 types of order response:
- Accepted
- Modified
Some suppliers always send an Accepted response which is a confirmation of receipt of the order.
Other supplies are able to send us a response based on the availability of stock. In this instance an order might show accepted or modified. If modified, the customer can see in IndiCater if an item is out of stock and whether a replacement is being sent.
